REPRESENT GOLD COAST

Participating Divisions:

Under 12 Representative Hockey
Our Under 12 program introduces young athletes to competitive hockey in a fun, supportive environment. The Boys Coulter Shield and Girls Southern Cross Carnival are held on separate weekends—specific dates are available in the schedule. GCHA aims to place all nominated players on a team, with trials held on Sunday mornings. Team selections are based on evaluations by the GCHA Regional Coaching Director, and team rosters may change accordingly. Parents are responsible for transportation to these events.

Under 14 & Under 16 Representative Hockey
The Under 14 and Under 16 programs allow players to further develop their skills and compete at a higher level. Players are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation for these events.

Under 18 Representative Hockey
The Under 18 program is designed to help players enhance their skills in a competitive, team-oriented setting. GCHA coordinates all logistics and team arrangements, ensuring players stay as a cohesive group for the duration of the event.

Open’s Hockey Queensland Championships
The Hockey Queensland Championships is a premier event for athletes aged 18 and older. It provides top-tier players with the opportunity to compete and be considered for selection to the U21, Brisbane Blaze, and Queensland Country teams.

Masters Men and Women
The Masters competition is open to athletes aged 34 and above. GCHA has dedicated Masters Committees who serve as key contacts for GCHA and its governing bodies, providing experienced players with the opportunity to stay active in the sport and continue competing.
